  • I went to big two on 10/24/2017 to look at a Toyota Yaris iA this would be my first new car experience. My experience with all the people there was wonderful Daniel (our salesman) was our age (21) and was funny kind and knew what he was talking about but wasn't afraid to tell us if he had to double check on things. I originally wanted to lease but my credit wasn't good enough to do so. They helped get me into a financing agreement that fit within my budget and then somehow got me an even lower payment after that. Jeff in financing was so nice and was determined to get me the lowest price for the car i wanted, you can clearly see he knows what he is talking about and even though the financial aspect of buying a car can at times be confusing he explains everything in simple understandable terms. When paperwork was done and everything was official everyone seemed genuinely excited for me, and i got a congrats goody bag of hats and pens. And the fact that i get free oil changes is great. I would totally recommend coming here to buy a car. Everyone is wonderful and so helpful. Edit- I forgot to add they didn't talk down to me. I have been in dealerships where (because i'm female) they don't talk to me or they will talk to my boyfriend while trying to do business with me. Not once did they they to deal with my BF and only asked him questions when i looked his way for an answer. Though they were selling me a car it never felt pressured. When we needed a moment to discuss things Daniel would give us our space until we were ready. It really is a great place.
