  • The customer service at this Dunkin Donuts has gone to SHIT. All the women who work the drive thru window have the worst attitudes like they hate their jobs. I've encountered the males and they're fine. They greet you, say hello, thank you, bye etc... but the light skin chick(she may be a cook because she made my drink and got upset that I wanted to return it and she handed my sandwich today out the window and didn't even say anything and walked away and said NEXT) and the white chick (not the one who works the front register) ALL have attitudes and I literally come everyday hoping to get someone else. Please, someone needs to coach her( light skin, chunky chick) on customer service otherwise, just keep her in the back and not hand anyone's food or take orders.
