  • I LOVE good customer service. Don't care if it's a food court or fine dining. The guy who runs Bourbon St. in Market Mall goes out of his way to cater to requests that fall outside of the "combo 1, 2 or 3" world. I don't want the rice, just give me the veg! I love the fact that at his franchise, the customer gets what they want. On top of that, the portions at Bourbon St. are enormous, you could feed a family of Parisians for a week on the amount of food court lunch they give you. I had the bourbon chicken and another 'blackened chicken' with green beans and mixed veg ... not saying this is haute cuisine but the chicken was good quality, and it was certainly pleasant. Like Victor P. says, little bit oily, but satisfying and good.
