  • VIP Auto Sales is a dealership I would NOT refer anyone too. I purchased a 4 door Saturn for my son and a week later the car started to overheat, when I looked under the hood to see were the leak was coming from I noticed a C-clamp on the header manifold. The clamp was used to seal a crack on the header which had JB Weld on the cracked plastic on the manifold. I decided to take the car to my mechanic and he said that I would have to replace the manifold which wasn't a cheap part and the labor alone was just as expensive. I called VIP Auto and spoke with the guy who sold me the vehicle and he said that the car was an auction item and that it was sold as is. I explained to him the situation and he denied that they had put a C-clamp to fix leaking manifold. I asked him if he would at least fix the manifold and we could call it all good. He said no and then hung up on me. well about $1,000.00+ to fix the car and replace the cracked manifold and to resurface the head on the engine plus labor. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE AS THEY WILL NOT HONOR WHAT THEY SAY ESPECIALLY WHEN HE TELLS YOU THAT IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS TO BRING IT BACK AND WE WILL FIX IT. YEAH RIGHT!!!!!
