This place is a complete gem! The food is worth jumping a plane to Vegas for. Luckily for me, I don't have to, but the Asian businessmen/women still wearing their conference badges confirmed that it was true. Everything is delicious and the presentation is beautiful. If you have the time to sit and enjoy it, and can plan ahead (requires reservation 2-3 days in advance), try the kaiseki tasting menu. It is pure heaven.
