  • We've rented here for several years. They've raised rates, removed a gate, so access is difficult. It is dingy, dirty and there are never any carts by the doors. One gate seems broken and is now open all the time for anyone to drive in. Trying to call to ask questions or check on gate repair, gets you a full mailbox where a message cannot be left. We're moving to another facility that is secure and clean and has carts.
