  • If I could give negative stars I would. The guy that came out took one look at my system and said the extended warranty company wouldn't cover anything. He stated this even without knowing all the details of my issues. My system was leaking and I had intermittent motor failures. It had failed to start 3 times and even was smoking and almost caught my house on fire. He said AHS would not cover anything and since my motor was running during his visit he couldn't do anything at all. Huge waste of time. Then 1 week later my motor completely stopping altogether and this company refused to come back and warranty their misdiagnosis. Bottom line is they refuse to do the work and just make quick visits to collect the service fee deductible. Avoid if possible. When you contact AHS for service ask for a different company!
