  • I have purchased all of my home appliances from Sears for the last 40 years. I purchased from this show room the last 15-20 years. Been having GREAT difficulty getting Sears Home Warranty to schedule a service call on my washer. I have been trying for over a week. went into this showroom to ask for assistance. Was IMMEDIATELY told "We are a franchise store and do not handle service." This despite telling the sales representative of our long-standing problems. He made NO effort to call, offer advice, or anything! He only handed me a phone number and sent me on my way. When I told him that such an answer all but ensured I would look elsewhere for my future home appliance needs, the salesperson indicated they "sold appliances, but nothing more." So in addition to having an issue with Sears Inc., I now have an issue with this "Franchise." So my advice to those who read this "Buyer Beware!" Neither Sears nor their sales people at this location will stand behind what they sell.
