  • We have been here a number of times always thinking it will get better. It never does. They are extremely slow, both inside and drive thru. The young girls working don't seem to care. Every time we have been here, there has been a problem. Either something is missing or something is wrong. Tonight, my husband's smoothie was missing. We were on our way home when we realized. We went back and I went in. Nobody really seemed to care that one of items was missing. Not even one "sorry about that". I asked an older lady for the franchise owner's info, as I wanted to relay our experiments tonight and in the past. To my surprise she is the owner. She just shrugged her shoulders about the whole thing (I was dealing with her and a younger girl trying to get the missing smoothie). I told her we will not be back and will go tho Kerber's instead. She said "Oh well". No wonder this Dairy Queen has so many problems!!! Go anywhere else but here!!
