  • I've not experienced exceptional service here but haven't had the rude service experience that others note either. I'd say it's a typical Lowe's with a good variety of options for your home improvement needs. My most recent visit had me spending time in the garden area picking out flowers, pots, soil, etc. I'm sure I was there an hour without ever being approached. Didn't bother me because I didn't need any help but does seem odd that not once did someone check-in. I'm not sure I even ever saw an employee until I went to the check out. I love my purchases and was happy with the selection available the night I was there. That's been my consistent experience with this store.
