  • Made an appt online for 0715. Arrived at 0705 and was the second vehicle there. Service advisor checking me in then informs me that technicians don't even start until 0800. Seriously...why even offer appointments earlier than 8? So I sat for almost 1hr before before the Techs even arrived. Total wait time for simple oil change and tire rotation was almost 2.5hrs. They kill you with unnecessary emails too. I set the appt on a Mon...set it for that Thurs. Received 4 appt reminder emails, a service update while I was there and a 6th for a survey the following morning. I think I'll just try Courtesy across the street next time. EDIT: Downgrading to 1 Star. Still waiting for that call Dan. It's been 4 days since you posted that you were going to call me regarding this visit. At this point don't even bother. As the AZ Fleet Mgr for my employer I'll take my GM work elsewhere.
