  • This was my first time renting with dollar rental and I will never use them again. Waited half an hour in line, only one guy at the counter only to be told to wait in another lineup as they had no cars left. When I reserved the car online, I had to put in date, time and flight info. Went to the next lineu at Hertz, and it was no better. Another 30 min wait (there were only three people in line) and then a 20 min check in process to get a car I had already booked and paid for online. I asked if I could purchase a one day rental for a booster seat, just wanted to go to Walmart and buy one. Dollar rental car charges 13.99/day for a booster seat. They said no, that I had to buy the booster seat for the full length of the car rental... I said I would return it the same day and they said no. Hour and a half later I arrived at my hotel which was a 5 min drive away. I am extremely disappointed and will never use them again.
