  • I was referred to Perfect Resume by two of my friends who had used the service before and had great success and am definitely happy with the service I received. I hadn't written a resume in years, so I needed to have a resume created from scratch. I called and talked to Kent who went over the price and process with me. One of the things that really put me at ease is that Perfect Resume offers free resume revisions for up to 30 days after the resume is completed. After I submitted my payment online, Kent sent me a resume questionnaire to fill out. It was a great exercise for me to reflect back on my career, but it was a little difficult and did take quite a while to fill out. I think it took me more than 2 hours. The only downside to the process for me was that it did take 10 full days for me to get the resume, but once I received it, wow it looked great! Definitely worth the wait! I did need a few minor resume revisions, but that process was super simple. I e-mailed some changes that I wanted and Kent got an updated resume to me the same day. I'm really impressed with the resume overall and am now having Kent help me with my LinkedIn profile as well. Highly recommend this company!
