  • I must say, I was very disappointed with yesterday's lunch at Z Tejas. The food was delivered cold, even though it was served in a skillet. My dining companion specifically said no cheese on her salad- it came loaded with cheese. To boot, the cheeses were glumped together; definitely not freshly grated cheese. Not a place I will try again soon.
