  • Outstanding Service Department.... I am a new customer just moving here from Florida. I came in for an oil change and met Mary Yom, my Service Advisor. She greeted me with professionalism, courtesy, and respect. She genuinely cared about me, my car and my finances. I bought the package of 4, making my full synthetic oil changes $59 instead of $89 for my Dodge Challenger, which is the price I got at other places I called.. Anywhere from $69 to $89!! Also, I was not charged for a malfunction engine light that stayed on and was corrected. Then I had a minor front fender issue with the fender itself hanging down on the right from hitting something in the road which I thought for sure I would have to pay for. But no charge to repair the fender. And on top of that, there was no charge for a tire rotation! Yes I have found my permanent dealership for purchase or service. Kudos to you Towbin Dodge and to you also Mary Yom, and of course that includes the awesome mechanics. I highly recommend Towbin Dodge to everyone.
