  • I'm a frequent customer here and my wife and I went in to buy a $1000 desk. The sales associate we were working with went and grabbed the manager for us to see if he could help us out with the price. He didn't introduce himself so I didn't get his name, he was extremely rude and short with me. Instead of him politely explaining to me that he wasn't able to go lower on the price, he very rudely told me that he will not work with us on the price and walked away. I've spent a lot of money at this store and they just lost out on a customer. I would have thought about the price more had he been more polite and been more respectful. That was the worst customer service I have experienced, especially out of management
