  • I got there at 11:50 am to submit my passport application. A lady at passport kiosk was very rude. I didn't mind to wait, but I wanted to make sure that I have all documents for my passport, the lady cut me off and told me it's 45 min wait. So I waited 45 min, the lady finally called my name. I went up there and showed her my documents, then she said to bring my copy of my driver license. Are you kidding me?.. she said she will put my name on top of the list.. so I drove to ups office, made a copy of my ID and came back to usps office. I went up there to let her know that I came back with my copy of ID, and asked her how long do I need to wait since she put my name on the list already. Then she gave me a dirty look saying "I never said that, write down your name on the list and it will be 45 min again" very rude, not helpful at all, wasted my 2 hrs.
