  • I finally emailed them to find out where my motor mount was and got lots of response. Did they read my review? Funny thought a woman called me to tell me she got my inquiry and suggested to call the parts department. Why didn't she call the parts dept and have them call me?? I told her to cancel my order if it hadn't been shipped. and she said she would have the parts dept call me..which they did. And said the part just went out. So 16 days after i order it I got my part, which was the wrong part. Not their fault, I called it the front motormount, they sent me the front of the car motor mount, not the front of the engine motor mount. all in all a bad experience. Can't wait to return the part and see what I have to go thru.
