  • We have used Firestone for the last ten years. Service has always been good, but today it was exceptional. I wanted to have my Infiniti checked out for an upcoming road trip so I took it to the Firestone on Guadalupe street in Mesa. The staff there were extremely friendly, smiling, and engaging. After the inspection we were told there was an issue with the struts and they should be replaced. We went back and forth on getting it done, but the staff remained friendly and understanding. Work was completed correctly and when they said it would be. Thanks to the staff at this Firestone for making us feel like you appreciated our business.
