  • Here's the thing...I'm always up for Mexican. It doesn't matter how many times I've had it for the week, if someone asks me if I want tacos....the answer is always yes. Cantina 1511 just doesn't do it for me. I've been to this location a few different times for dinner and I've never been impressed. This last visit was no different. The service was a bit off, our waiter was new and didn't really know the menu and seemed to try a bit to hard (he hovered) after we got our food so it was warm at best when we started eating. As for the food, I've had the tacos, quesadillas and on my most recent visit the chimichanga. Nothing here makes me say "I'd like to have that again". I think that's why I've tried so many different options to see if I could find one thing that really blows me away. The chips and salsa were "meh", if you like spicy I do recommend the jalapeno version. Either way, this place isn't my thing. Also, "Taco Tuesday" here is kid's night. So keep that in mind when you make your plans. You're welcome.
