  • I don't do reviews very often but Guaranteed Pest Control and the owner, Trey, exceeded my expectations with service and customer satisfaction, I felt compelled to write a review. The first thing that impressed me was they do not require a contract but will work month by month. He also doesn't charge a crazy double or triple rate for the first service which a previous company charged me. I am new to AZ so I was a little unfamiliar on pest control gimmicks and contracts. Guaranteed Pest Control does not have any gimmicks and you can tell they are genuine and sincere in trying to provide a great service to their customers at a fair price. I had trouble with communication from past companies not showing up as scheduled. Trey with Guaranteed stays in touch and shows up when he says he will be there. Dealing with Guaranteed Pest Control has been refreshing and positive and I recommend them to anyone looking for a quality pest control service!
