  • I recently had my hair done with a groupon that I purchased.. and I was not pleased with the customer service at all. I had Julie do my color and she was very rude and unpersonable when I first got there and couldnt decide exactly what I wanted. I called previously and asked the lady over the phone before I got there if I could get highlights rather than an all over color (which I purchased the groupon for) and after talking to Julie about it in the salon, she was very unpleasant in helping me make my decision on what to do. I ended up going with an all over color and leaving without feeling very great about my experience there and my result. I think that if you are working in the service industry of any kind, you should be a little more pleasant and friendly. She didnt talk to me the entire sitting, which makes it very awkward as well.
