  • This place is HORRIBLE with customer service. We were first helped by Adam. We had already purchased 4 of our last Toyotas there and wanted to just keep my business with them for our next purchase. I had already done my research on the 2016 hybrid rav 4 but when I asked any question on the test drive, he couldn't answer any question. He kept saying let me find out. Then mind you, I told him I'm paying cash and he seemed to drop an attitude like he didn't want to help anymore because less of a commission or what not. We sat for about 20 mins while he supposedly went to crunch numbers, but when he sat down he had no numbers and again left and said ill find out. So we decided to leave because we had appointments scheduled. We went back the next day and was helped with Lorenzo the Scion manager because we did not want Adam to help us no longer. After again sitting and waiting they decided to let us walk out with cash in hand because they hiked 6k more then the sticker price with no discount what so ever. Long story Very Rude and just a bunch of idiots who lost out on a 40k cash sale that we gave to Camelback Toyota instead. Waste of time and energy working with Right Toyota. They rip you off. we saved almost 3k going to Camelback Toyota.
