  • I would give them negative stars if possible. This company has by far the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. First off shady business by blind siding you with hidden fees like my favorite a $55 moving charge that they didn't even have the courtesy to tell us that they "quote" have to charge by law. Really? I was not made aware of this charge at time of service installation even though I specifically asked about that because I knew I'd be moving with in the year. Neither was I made aware of this charge at time of move. And here is the best part, century link states on there web site that no additional deposit will be required when moving. They didn't even move the box. I did. All they had to do was press a button. When I called the lady told me that the charge was a government mandated law and could not be waved then in the very next sentence offered to wave half of it for me. What kinda scam are you people trying to pull here? CALLING THE BBB.
