  • Worst customer experience. The employee who took care of me told me I would have a bill total five times what it actually amounted to. He demanded I go to the local Tim Horton's. This meant walking in the freezing cold night weather, ultimately getting snow in my boots from the unplowed mounds on the sidewalk. Then when checked through my extensive order, I discovered 4 documents missing and the image sizing on 5 seperate documents was botched as I had specifically requested standard letter size and instead got a 8.5 by 8.5! Disappointed and never returning
