  • I've been a patient of Dr. Lin for ten years. I've followed her to three different locations in that time. She and the staff here are wonderful at what they do. They find a way to explain things in a way you understand and always pleasant to speak with, but that is where my compliments end. My GIANT complaint about them is time management. I have never, ever, ever been taken in for my appointment on time or anywhere near my scheduled time. It's absolutely the most aggravating thing that I need to be there 10-15 minutes early to check in, but I've never been taken back for my appointment on time. Today they were an hour late calling me in. If I did that to my clients they would leave in a heartbeat. Doctors don't typically run on time. 10 minutes late, 15, even 20 minutes I understand, but their normal is 40 minutes late. Today an hour. Sorry, but that's terrible! I know she's great at her job, and obviously in demand, but there must be a better way for them to book appointments which can be met closer to on time. I've tried early appointments, mid-day, and late-day times. They are never on time. When you ask how long it's going to be they always say 10 minutes, but that is never the case. If you are looking for a great dermatologist, you can find one here for sure. They are top notch. Just don't be surprised when they never run on schedule for you.
