  • I highly recommend Joe Garza for your home loan/refinancing. We went through Joe for refinancing our home and was extremelly pleased. Previously we went through one of the big banks for our original home loan and it was a nightmare, we ended up with an extremely high rate. Needless to say, it was a much better experience with Joe. Not only was he very knowledgeable and kept us updated through the process his rates were extremely competitive. His team including Leighanne were very thorough in making sure all of our documents submitted to UW were accurate so when the file was sent to UW, there was limited to no follow up needed on our end. We closed on time with our rate that was promised. Thanks again Joe and Leighanne!
