  • Words can't begin to describe how bad this place is. We arrived and were immediately told the wait was about 45 minutes, they didn't even ask if we had a reservation, which we did. Fortunately we were seated immediately. It took forever for our server to greet us and what seemed like an eternity to bring two martinis and a glass of wine. I had already finished my martini by the time she got back to the table to take our dinner order. Next comes the food which, other than the salad, was just awful. I ordered Salmon with fried plantains and sauteed vegetables. The salmon was covered in a disgusting sauce. The plantains were not like any other plantain I'd ever tasted. Dry, no flavor and plasticy. The sauteed "vegetables" were 90% onions--disgusting. Desert was okay, but even that was tasteless. Another person at the table ordered an espresso with a lemon twist. He got the espresso, but no lemon twist. The best thing about the place is the decor. Unfortunately they should have spent more of the money on a competent chef and waitstaff. Don't wast your money eating here.
