  • Was there simply to have the springs moved from my old shocks to my new ones. A job that should have taken no more than 45 min. I was there over an hour waiting before they said they were short staffed and will be getting to it later. Then two hours later the incompetent tech comes out to tell me the new ones were the wrong shocks and would not fit. Frustrated since I got them online specifically for my truck, I ended up purchasing another set the next morning. I decided to try another shop only to find out they were correct ones and they had it done in less than 30 min. It turned out to be a big waste of time and money for me and left me without a truck all weekend.
