  • It has been two years since I originally filed with TCG. Since then, I haven't had any interviews or offers. At first, there were e-mail update blast that has current job openings; however, those e-mail stopped. The recruiter kept telling me that I am qualified and she has the perfect fit for me, but she never contacted me about it. My recruiter eventually moved jobs and I wasn't informed. I found out by calling the office. Now, I am with another recruiter and she has yet to answer any of my phone calls or e-mails for the past year. I've even tweeted to her on Twitter, but no response. Very unprofessional. There are plenty of other agencies in Charlotte, please choose them over TCG.
