  • We have used this florist for over 20 years and now my family won't ever be back. I called to place an order last week the week before Mother's Day. My daughter was having her senior prom on Saturday before Mother's Day. When my mother went into the shop on Saturday to pick up the order of a wrist corsage it was not ready and they had no clue of what the order was! Tracy took my order on Thursday just a couple days prior! When I called on Monday the owner kept telling me she didn't understand why I was calling. She kept saying we dropped everything to make your order it's our busiest holiday ever Mother's Day! I'm sorry I don't give a damn my mom should have never been charged for a corsage and boutonniere full price! You have awful customer service I will tell everyone I know not to do business here! Your corsage was awful you gave us the most wilted roses you probably could find! Word of mouth is the best advertisement.
