  • DO NOT LET THEM IN YOUR HOUSE! We called roto rooter and they couldn't find what the problem was with our leak and told us that we had to tear the roof down so that they could get a look. Next thing I know, national first response is at our door telling our babysitter that they have to come in and look at the damage. Josh was very unprofessional. They came in and tore out the bathroom door, our wood flooring in 3 bedrooms, and wall casings. They wrecked our home and told us that insurance would most likely pay for everything. They left our home like that for a few weeks. We called somebody else to fix our house.
