  • WOW. I am so impressed. EXTREMELY impressed! Today was my first time with this company. Jacob showed up exactly at 8:30am as promised. He did an excellent job, my 10 year old carpet looks brand new! Very professional and polite. Also, he did not upsell me on anything or add any charges, I paid what I was quoted by Samantha on the phone when I made the appointment. What a delight, so glad I found this company! I like to support a family owned business, this one is definitely worth my support. A company I used last year left my carpet so wet it took 4 days to dry, THIS company said 10 hours and they are spot on, it is pretty much all the way dry RIGHT NOW and it is only 8 hours later! Thank you Jacob!
