  • Easy, convenient, and precise. I use Dawn and she's really sweet. She gave me a haircut the first time which was nice and precise. Today I got my hair roots touched and I love how they (Aveda) does the extra touch with the warm towels and the mini temple and hand massages while you get a hair cut or a color treatment. Most places don't do that so this is an extra perk for me!!
