  • Came here on a whim and in desperate need of a full set before any shops closed. I had been driving from Columbus to the Cle airport and this salon was very close. They also were due close 45 mins from the time I called and when I did call to see if they had time for me, the manager/owner was glad to help me. This was honestly the highlight to a rough week for me and he took his time, stayed even after they were supposed to close, and treated me with the utmost kindness and respect. I felt like a welcome guest in someone's home. They offer complimentary beverages and have an enormous selection of gel colors. I showed my tech a picture of a design I liked and he made my nails just like I wanted them to look, all the while treating me kindly and respectfully and being totally patient with my neurotic self! I love this place and if I lived in Cleveland it would be my go-to spot! Thank you, Exotic nails!!!
