  • Brio's has always been a 5 star experience before. Quality has declined. One of the silverware napkins was dirty. The appetizer plates were dirty. One of the water glasses had a black spot on the inside that came off after scraping it. Asked for another water and the new water also had a black spot on the inside that came off when scraped. The pasta was cold on top like it had sat too long to be brought out, and the spinach was undercooked. Wish Brio was the way it used to be.
