Some people on here have flamed Dr. Schwartz for being late and those claims have some merit. It's one thing to be late for a reason (crowded and doing such and awesome job) its a completely different reason to be late because you don't start your practice on time. Or respect your patients enough to try to start when you say you are going to start. When you give out appointments for the first appointment of the day; there is no reason to be 30 min late for that. That is 100% on her alone. The silver lining is that her staff is really nice and they are pretty darn efficient for having one or two people working to support her. Kudos to them. But by far the worst thing, that I can't forgive any doctor for, is having each appointment be like we have never met. And it was only two weeks since our last appointment. That was kind of a shocker to me that with the pile of notes she took that she couldn't recollect more. On top of that she is overwhelmingly stubborn and alarmingly decisive even when she doesn't have a complete understanding of things. (Couldn't come back up to speed from her notes the entire visit.) This time was like that for me and I probably won't be going back to her. She's not horrible as some people have made her out to be. She's just not as good as I hoped she would be.
