  • Service is not awful but the overall experience isn't what it used to be. They mess up a lot of orders, they always seem to be out of food, and they're always standing around. The wait is ridiculous which I'm not sure if I would blame on the team but it's not really making the situation any better. I'm a former chipotle employee of that location and its just gone downhill. Oh how I miss the chipotle I grew up going to!
