  • PLEASE DON'T EVER TRY TO CALL You'll be put on hold listening to the same generic instrumental song that never ends (or repeats). The line will ring when you've thought you can't take it anymore and you're literally about to lose all sanity, making you think "thank everything holy, they're gonna answer!"... Only to return back to that hold music. My dermatologist is great and knows what's she's doing, so for that I give the 4 stars. However, the 6 or so girls up front might have lost my business on the fact that I can't ever listen to that hold music again and/or refuse to for 10-15 mins before someone answers. I'll find somewhere else. Of you have to make an appt and live in the area, save yourself the trouble and just walk in to make one. You'll thank me.
