  • So normally this is the place I go for all things Disney, but they really let me down today. I needed something for my son's Halloween costume that I could not find anywhere else. While there they convinced me to pre-purchase Planes:Fire and Rescue, which I did because they came with some very awesome Lithographs. Today I went to pick it up and was told that did not have my copy and that I could go to Arizona Mills to pick it up. So they took my money, sold my copy to somebody elsr and now I have to go WAY out of my way to get what I paid for. The worst part is, I told my son that I was going to get it and it broke his heart when I told him we have to wait because our copy was gone. I'm disappointed in their customer service and the lack of concern regarding this matter. What has happened to Disney?
