  • I had to rent from them because the car insurance chose this place. I called on five different occasions to have a car pick me up from an auto-shop - no one answered or returned my phone call. They came and picked me up from the Auto Shop because the auto shop called and was able to get a hold of them. The girl that rented me the car made everything simple and even hooked it up for me! She was the shining light at this place! I think her name was Gabi. The car ended up being a Red Nissan Altima. Car worked just fine - no issues. When I came to drop the car off - I asked if I could get a ride back over to the auto center. After 10 minutes of waiting I ended up walking to the auto shop.... They are too understaffed, not enough selection of cars, bad location, can't get ahold of them, and can't even get a ride back to the auto shop! You get what you pay for - Enterprise is the way to go.
