  • Burger Bar makes an awesome burger...for a price. =) Took us a while to actually find it but it's located in Mandalay place...take the escalator up, past RM Seafood & wander through the shopping area to find it. I have wanted to try Burger Bar for a long time now because I love Hubert Keller - I've eaten at Fleur de Lys so I also wanted to try this more "casual" eatery of his. It is quite different which probably is the most beneficial to my wallet. The bf ordered the sliders which had Angus beef, country natural beef & buffalo along with fries. I customized my burger - kept it pretty simple this time around but when I come back, I'm gonna load more stuff on! This time, I got country natural beef, cheddar, peppered bacon, aioli on a wheat bun with skinny fries. Next time I want to add carmelized onions & maybe a fried egg. =) The burger was really good...cooked perfectly, very good beefy flavor & juicy too. Don't go too crazy with the toppings...just adding three items with the fries put me over $15 so even though it's tempting, you must restrain yourself. =) You can order a beer, cocktails, or get specialty milkshakes too. You can even order a "dessert" burger made with a donut & filled with other dessert items. Definitely would come here again if in the mood for a tasty burger. =)
