  • Yesterday I came in with a small coolant leak in my thermostat housing on my 2002 Explorer. Alex thouroughly explained the nature of my repair. They ordered the parts in advance, squeezed me in for an evening repair and I had my vehicle that evening. This was very convenient as I had no down time for work during the day! I am skeptical by nature and even when I questioned the job time Mike and Dave were very courteous and professional in their explanation. I left feeling I had gotten a great value for my dollar!
