  • +.5 for service This is one of the better Tim Hortons locations in terms of service. It even has a Cold Stone Creamery, so you can't go wrong with that! However, a major issue with this Tim Hortons is that it's located in the plaza where you will some of the worst in Markham driving. You're immediately greeted with service once you open the door and if there's no lineup at that moment. I had two cashiers both say welcome and how may I help you right when I opened the door, when I still haven't completely decided what I wanted to order yet! Some people might find that too pushy, but I found it quite welcoming, since many Tim Hortons stores don't care at all whether you're ready to order or not. At the end, I only purchased a small iced capp, which is my typical Tim Hortons drink when it's not winter. Overall it was okay, nothing much different compared to the other branches I've been to. Definitely there's more reasons for me to return here, such as the excellent service and the existence of Cold Stone Creamery.
