The instructors for the most part are good and I always feel great afterwards. Their instructions are concise and nicely paced, so that it's easy to keep track of what to do next. The Moksha practice is awesome.
My biggest complaint is their ridiculous shoe rule. Instead of just prohibiting "street shoes" like other studios do, this place prohibits all shoes even ones that are slippers that you only wear inside. I normally take my shoes off upon arrival and change into slip-on shoes because the floors in the washroom (especially the showers and toilet stalls) are filthy. And when I say filthy, I mean you're stepping on other people's pee stains, pubes, and soap scum. If they're not going to keep the washroom clean, then it's ridiculous that clients aren't allowed to wear indoor shoes. It's not like I'm wearing them during the class! I just wear them to get around the washroom to and from the practice studio. When I was told today to take off my indoor slip-ons, I asked why. The instructor said it interferes with people's practice or zen or something that only a self-righteous passive-aggressive yogi would say.
