  • I rarely write negative reviews however I was extremely disappointed when I used a voucher from Living Social. It was for an air duct and dryer vent cleaning.The company on the voucher was Mission Air Ducts which I looked up and read great reviews online. However, when the two gentlemen showed up they said they were contacted as subs for US Air Solutions. The service was not what I expected from reading the process that Mission Air Ducts follows. I feel that my ducts were not given a good cleaning! I also had to remind the worker to clean the dryer vent. Which he did leaving dust flying everywhere and a large pile on lint on my floor. When he was starting to leave I asked if he was going to clean up the pile of lint. Oh yes, I forgot". He cleaned it up but dust was still very much in the air. He tried to get me to upgrade to a better air duct cleaning which would have cost about $400 more than I expected. No, I didn't fall for that. Also said he would replace a few items on my air conditioner unit (which is less than 1 year old). No I didn't fall for that either. It will be sometime before I trust purchasing a living social coupon again because of this company!
