  • I love Not Just Coffee. Anytime I need to take a break from the book stack building, I wander over to Not Just Coffee in the 7th Street Market for some truly wonderful coffee or tea. They use the pour over method which yields the most flavorful cup of coffee I've had in Charlotte, I could just sit at the bar and savor my cup of coffee for a very long time... They also make a very delicious chai tea that has the perfect balance of spice and sweet. They also make their own caramel! Do yourself a favor and frequent this place. It's conveniently located right off the 7th street light rail stop and the guys behind the counter are very friendly and knowledgeable.
