  • I purchased flowers on June 2, 2017 to be delivered and although I received an email confirmation, the person never acknowledged receipt of the flowers. Yesterday I called to see if she liked the flowers, and she never received them. Apparently someone in the building accepted the flowers, but didn't pass them on #WhoDoesThat??? Anyway, I contacted 1 800 Flowers and explained what happened. Not only did they send another bouquet with two balloons, the Rep "Clark" offered to contact the recipient and apologize. While I didn't think that was necessary, I was beyond impressed with this level of customer service. My friend received her flowers, and I'm truly grateful for such a professional experience. I have been ordering flowers from 1 800 Flowers for years, and this is the reason why...professionalism at its best!!!
