  • I have never ever had any problems with Francis and Sons. They have always done right by us#me. They have always been courteous and extremely kind to both my husband and myself. If they didn't do a good job on how about telling them to make them aware. This is just GOOD BUSINESS SENSE. How are they to know if there is a problem if you just sit there and say nothing??
