  • This company replaced a condensate pump that didn't need replaced, and charged me a few hundred for it. They also could not find the leak in my system, and just kept returning to recharge it with refrigerant and extreme costs. Then, instead of billing me in the same month, they sent me 4 bills in January of the next year!!! No one remembers what was done or agreed to at that point. Bad business.
